About

I have gathered over 13 years experience in psychology and coaching, helping clients heal and manifest their dreams, aspirations and lasting positive change.

After several years in journalism for different media in Germany I moved to the UK to study Psychology and worked in psychological and psychiatric research for academia and the NHS (National Health Service in the UK).
This background means, that I am always on the lookout for new research-based methods for learning, thriving and personal as well as professional growth and success.

After completing my training to become a therapist I followed my dream of opening my own psychotherapy centre in 2012. After eight years of growing my therapy business and having achieved success in seeing it flourish I decided that it was time for a new challenge.

I now work with clients all over the globe, from individuals, couples and groups, as well as helping TV productions with character research and coaching businesses.  My clients include women seeking healing and empowerment, writers, actors, entrepreneurs and anyone inspired to invest in their future and wellbeing.
My work is informed by Positive Psychology, Transactional Analysis and other contemporary methodologies, as well as mindfulness and yoga philosophy. I believe in my clients' uniqueness and tailor my work to each individual to get the best results. My approach is caring, empathic and intuitive.

Currently I am based in London and offer my services  via phone and live chat video sessions such as Zoom.
