Guiding Your Growth and Well-Being:
Backed by Years of Experience

Picture
For two decades, I've been working in the field of mental health. Working with a diverse range of clients – from teachers and doctors to entrepreneurs and individuals seeking personal betterment – my journey has been about fostering positive change.
My background includes journalism in Germany and subsequent academic and NHS roles in the UK. These experiences shape my approach, which relies on evidence-based methods to facilitate growth and well-being.
My methods draw from Positive Psychology, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness. Rooted in respect for each individual's unique journey, my goal is to provide a supportive and empathetic space.

Beyond one-on-one sessions, I collaborate with television series to guide character research and offer insights to scriptwriters, actors, and musicians. Additionally, I hold certification as a Yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance and Meditation teacher, adding a holistic layer to my practice.
In addition to individual support, I lead a virtual psychology book club and conduct workshops, including those tailored for corporate well-being. If you're seeking professional development, I offer Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEUs) and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) courses.

Though based in London, my reach is global through online sessions conducted via Zoom. My focus is on making support accessible wherever you are on your journey.

Join me to explore personal growth and well-being, supported by experience, empathy, and a commitment to your unique path.
