What's included
The program consists of 10 weekly 1:1 online sessions. Each session covers one specific subject which you will be working on throughout the week. Instead of a workbook you will be receiving regular emails with worksheets, inspiration and check-ins, as well as track your progress. That way you will have your "workbook" always with you. This program is for you if you are willing to commit to positive change and put in the work necessary. We will be using Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Transactional Analysis theory to teach you the tools for more resilience and self-care. This program is of course no substitute for psychotherapy if this is something you need at the moment, but can be a companion.
