Creatives

How coaching can help you

Working in creative industries and entertainment is a competitive and fast-paced lifestyle. Each field has its unique challenges.
Everything is interconnected that's why it is so important to take care of your career and well-being positively so that both nourish each other without risk. However, sometimes commitments compete with each other, then overwhelm happens and overwhelm leads to procrastination or fight, flight or freeze - or what I call creative constipation. This is where I come in. I help you develop your very own individual positive, fun and inspiring strategy to flourish. It won't be something you do on top of your chores but something that is rewarding and motivating you every day. You will be looking forward to it like a treat and celebration. You will learn that your growth and success happen without having to run around frantically. This will be your edge.

Selection of topics clients have worked with me on:

  • Working out a clear career path
  • Ensuring self-care and well-being
  • Making the right contacts
  • Character development
  • Exploring your network (growing positive relationships, eliminating toxic influences
  • Preparation for auditions and taping
  • Transition from one field to another (e.g. moving between theatre, film, commercial, etc.)
  • Avoiding common and uncommon pitfalls
  • Resume writing
  • Courage
  • Better communication skills
  • Improved body language
  • Better health (mental and physical)
  • Feeling more inspired and inspiring others
  • Setting and maintaining healthy boundaries (personally and professionally)
  • Better time management

Who I have worked with so far

I work with mainly actors, writers and musicians and also have experience working with clients from the fashion industry as well as painters and photographers and other performance art. My work is with classical musicians, bands from different genres (from jazz to rock and boy bands and solo artists). Writers I work with are poets, playwrights and screenwriters. Because of my experience I understand each aspect and challenge my clients face. My commitment to this work means that I love to constantly learn more about my clients' art. I understand the entertainment industry such as film and theater (auditions, casting, transitions from theater to film and vise versa) and music industry (recording, the different contracts, production, touring and band and team dynamics), etc.
